No. Cove is not a medical service, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. The coaching companion uses automated response technology for general wellness support only.
Every new Cove user receives 20 free coaching companion messages. All focus tools, meditation sessions, mood check-ins, and session booking remain free permanently.
Free (20 messages), Basic at ₹199/month (unlimited conversations, mood history, journaling), and Premium at ₹399/month (everything in Basic plus personalised wellness plans and voice message support).
Cove subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the Extension settings or your CatalystCare account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
A full refund on your first monthly Cove subscription payment may be requested within 7 days of the first charge, provided the coaching companion was used fewer than 10 times.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). CatalystCare does not store your card or bank account details.
Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Cove extension with verifiable parental or guardian consent. Cove is not intended for children under 13.
No. We do not access your browsing history, read website content, or track keystrokes outside of Cove's own interface.
