Cove Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CatalystCare. These Terms govern your use of our website, the Cove browser extension, and all services offered through our platform.

1. Services

• CatalystCare operates as a digital platform enabling individuals to discover, book, and pay for counselling sessions with independent mental health professionals.
• Cove is a wellness and personal coaching browser extension. It is not a medical service, therapy, or a substitute for professional mental health care.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to book and pay for services through CatalystCare.
• Users aged 13–17 may use Cove with verifiable parental or guardian consent. Cove is not intended for children under 13.

3. Payments

• All payments are securely processed through third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• For Cove subscriptions, the first 20 coaching companion messages are free. A monthly subscription is required beyond that.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Cove subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until end of the current billing period.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, India.
