Welcome to CatalystCare (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.catalystcare.in (the “Platform”) and your engagement with our services. By visiting, browsing, booking, or making a payment through our Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our Platform immediately.
1. Services
- CatalystCare operates as a digital platform that enables individuals (“Clients”) to discover, book, and pay for counseling and therapy sessions conducted by independent mental health professionals (“Counselors”).
- We act solely as a facilitator and technology enabler.
- We do not practice therapy ourselves, our partner counselors provide services.
- All advice, opinions, or recommendations expressed during counseling sessions are the sole responsibility of the respective counselor.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to book and pay for services through CatalystCare.
- By making a booking, you represent that the details provided (name, age, contact, payment information) are true, accurate, and complete.
- If booking on behalf of another person (e.g., a dependent), you confirm you are legally authorized to do so.
3. Payments
- All payments are securely processed through our trusted third-party payment gateway providers (such as Razorpay or Instamojo).
- Payment modes accepted may include debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets, depending on availability.
- Prices mentioned on our Platform are final and payable at the time of booking. Applicable taxes, if any, will be clearly mentioned before you complete your payment.
4. Counseling Disclaimer
- Counseling and therapy are professional relationships intended to provide support and guidance, but outcomes may vary depending on the individual.
- CatalystCare does not make any guarantees of improvement or specific results.
- Our platform should not be used for emergency medical conditions or psychiatric crises. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please contact your nearest hospital, healthcare provider, or emergency helpline immediately.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by following the cancellation procedure on our website or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
- CatalystCare provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Platform.
- CatalystCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or package in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, India.
