Cove Payment Policy

We aim to provide a transparent and fair payment, cancellation, and refund process for all users of CatalystCare and the Cove browser extension.

1. Cove Subscription Plans

• Free: 20 free coaching companion messages. Focus tools, mood check-ins, and session booking remain free permanently.
• Basic (₹199/month): Unlimited coaching companion conversations, mood history, and journaling.
• Premium (₹399/month): Everything in Basic, plus personalised wellness plans and voice message support.
• Corporate: Custom pricing. Contact info@catalystcare.in.

2. Payment Methods

• All payments processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. CatalystCare does not store card or bank account details.
• Accepted: debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Sessions cancelled 24+ hours in advance are refunded in full.
• A full refund on your first monthly Cove subscription may be requested within 7 days if the coaching companion was used fewer than 10 times.
• Approved refunds credited within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
